Delivery Policy

  1. Scent Solution shall use reasonable endeavors to delivers products of acceptable quality to the specified delivery address keyed in by the Customer. Scent Solution shall not guarantee any firm delivery time and Scent Solution shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery service, due to delivery is beyond Scent Solution control.
  2. All items purchased will only deliver within Malaysia via Standard shipping. Street names and POS code must be accurate and correct.
  3. P.O.Box or international address are not allowed.
  4. If you unable to present at the time of delivery, Please do contact assigned courier service within a stipulated time frame to schedule for upcoming pick up or deliveries.
  5. If the order is left not collected within stipulated time, the order may be disposed or forfeited and there shall not be any refund for the amount spent on the order.
  6. If the parcel is damaged or opened, DO NOT accept the parcel. Contact Customer Service promptly on the same day with sufficient evidence and invoice number for particular parcel.

Shipping Charges

  1. Free shipping nationwide, including East Malaysia. No hidden fees or additional charges for all orders.
  2.  All the parcels are dispatched by assigned courier service from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays and weekend)

Standard Delivery Lead Time

One-Time Purchase:
Confirmed order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Delivery Lead Time for orders to arrive is as follow:

  1. West Malaysia: 3-5 business working days.
  2. East Malaysia: 5-8 business working days.

*Additional 2-3 business working days may required for rural area.

Subscription Delivery:

(i) First Month:

Confirmed subscription order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Delivery Lead Time for orders to arrive is as follow:

  1. West Malaysia: 3-5 business working days.
    2. East Malaysia: 5-8 business working days.

*Additional 2-3 business working days may required for rural area.

(ii) Second and following months:

You will receive your parcel either within: (i) 1st to 7th day of the month or (ii) 15th to 22nd day of the month. The assigned date for your shipment depends on the date that you subscribe in the first month:

  • If you subscribe within the 1st to 14th days in the first month, you will be assigned to the first delivery period (1st to 7th day of the month)
  • If you subscribe within the 15th to 31st days in the first month, you will be assigned to the second delivery period (15th to 22nd day of the month)

Sales, Promotions and Festives Periods

During the peak period, delivery may take longer than usual lead times due to high volume of orders.
Advised to place order 2 weeks in advance for maintaining regular delivery lead time.

Tracking Order

For carrier deliveries, you may track the status of the parcel by using the email sent to you by the carrier company.
