Our atomizer contains around 120+ sprays of fragrance, which is enough to wear 4 sprays a day for 30 days. With your first shipment of your subscription plan, you will also receive a reusable and elegant case for no extra charge, straight delivered to your doorstep. Our team keep on expanding our collection with wider range of products so you can have more options to choose from.

SCENT SOLUTION only sell 100% authentic fragrances which are provided by authorized distributor to our customers. We NEVER CARRY fakes, knockoff or imitations and we strictly enforce this policy. We take great care of every single full-sized bottle of authentic fragrance and decant it into our elegant vial.

Not ready to commit to a subscription plan? As much as we’d love to have you be part of the SCENT SOLUTION family, we are happy to offer you one-time purchases on every fragrance and gift sets. Subscription plan comes with a lower price, so we recommend you to subscribe to enjoy the full perks of our subscription service.

Simply log into your account and click on your profile icon at the top right of the screen to update your billing details, shipping address, or subscription plan.
Just be sure to make any necessary changes before the 4th of the month; otherwise, all changes will take effect in the next month.

No worries! You can reset your password at the login page by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link.
Once you click on the link, you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address that your account is associated with.
You will receive an e-mail shortly after with a temporary password to access your account. Once you have successfully logged into your account, be sure to change your password to something more secure by visiting your Account Settings.

Browse through our 300+ fragrances collection. Add your desired perfumes into your Fragrance Calendar and start your fragrance journey with us! Have no idea which perfume to choose? Feel free to drop a message in our customer service! We would love to help out!

You will receive e-mail from order confirmation and parcel tracking system to keep you up-to-date with your perfume delivery!

First Month:

  • We know how excited you are for your first order. Simply choose how many bottles you would like to receive every month. Then, select the perfume(s) that you want to receive. After that, you will be directed to the checkout page.
  • Your first SCNT SOLN package will be shipped and arrive in your mailbox within 3 to 8 business days of your initial order date.

Following months:

  • Please kindly update your “Fragrance Calendar” at “My Account”. This is where you can select the fragrances you would like to receive in the upcoming months.
  • Please be sure to make your choice before the Locking Date of each month to lock your desire perfume. If you did not lock your perfume, we will send you our featured “Perfume of The Month” to you.
  • While we want to keep you satisfied with our products, you may want to experience the fragrances of your choice at every month. Hence, be sure to add it to your Fragrance Calendar before your Locking Date.

You will only be charged at your monthly Billing Date, which is 7 days after the Locking Date. Please refer to the question below: What is the Locking Date and Billing Date?”

After the recurring charges, your perfumes will be shipped to you within 3 to 8 business days.

Locking Date: The Locking Date is the day when we lock your perfume selection for the current month and you can no longer pick another perfume to replace your selection. The Locking Date is either on the 1st or 15th day of the month, depending on the date when you start your first month subscription: -If you start your first month subscription within the 1st to 14th day of the month, then your Locking Date is on the 1st day in the upcoming months. -If you start your first month subscription within the 15th to 31st day of the month, then your Locking Date is on the 15st day in the upcoming months. Billing Date: The Billing Date is the day when we charge you for your subscription order, based on the perfumes you choose for the current month. Your Billing Date is always 7 days after the Locking Date. The Billing Date is either on the 7th or 21st day of the month, depending on the date when you start your first month subscription. -If you start your first month subscription within the 1st to 14th day of the month, then your Billing Date is on the 7th day in the upcoming months. -If you start your first month subscription within the 15th to 31st day of the month, then your Billing Date is on the 21st  day in the upcoming months.
You are allowed to pause/cancel your subscription plan before the Billing Date. If you’ve already been billed for the current month, you can only pause/skip for the upcoming month.
  • During your first month, you will receive your perfume 3-8 business days after successful payment.
  • For the upcoming months, you will receive your perfume 3-8 days after your Billing Date. Please refer to the question above: What is the Locking Date and Billing Date?”.

Fragrance Calendar is especially designed for subscribers to arrange what fragrances they would like to receive in each specific month. Subscribers in Scent Solution have full control of what they receive in each shipment. Simply by adding your desired fragrances into each specific month and we will deliver it to your doorstep.

That’s it–we’ll take care of the rest! If your Calendar is empty after the Locking Date, you’ll receive our featured “Perfume of The Month”.

Recurring subscribers can make changes to your selection for the current/upcoming month before each Locking Date. Once your subscription order begins to process, we’re unable to make any changes to that month’s shipment, but you can update your Calendar for future months at “Fragrance Calendar”.

No worries, we got you covered! If your Fragrance Calendar is left empty after we lock your Fragrance Calendar, we will send you our “Perfume of The Month”, which is handpicked by our fragrance expert.

While we want to keep you satisfied with our products, you may want to experience fragrances of your choice at every month. To ensure you receive a fragrance of your choice every month, be sure to add it to your Fragrance Calendar before your Locking Date.

You have full control of your subscription plan as we make it easy and flexible. Starting from only RM44.90, select “Solo”, “Duo” or “Trio” to decide how many bottles of perfume you would like to receive every month.

  • 1 perfume per month: RM44.90
  • 2 perfumes per month: RM86.21 (RM43.10 per perfume)
  • 3 perfumes per month: RM122.58 (RM40.86 per perfume)

If you change your mind, you can always change your subscription plan before your Billing Date. Go to “My Account”, click on “Subscription” on the dashboard and click “Change Subscription Plan”. You may review your subscription date at the “My Account” > “Subscription”. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges for shipping.

Need a break? We got your back. You can always pause or cancel your subscription before the Billing Date by clicking “My Account”, click on “Subscription” on the dashboard and click “Pause” or “Cancel”. You are welcomed to resume your subscription plan anytime you want to, we are going to miss you!

In order to let you enjoy the perks of your fragrance journey, Scent Solution offers a wide range of perfumes collection, from luxury brands to exclusive niche perfumes.

With starting price of RM44.90, premium products will cost an additional charge which is reflected on the product page and on the subscription check-out page. This surcharge is applied to all subscriptions, referrals gift cards and offers on Scent Solution where applicable.

Your monthly subscription price will only increase for the month that you’ve selected a premium perfume in your Fragrance Calendar.

Simply go to your “My Account” then click on “Subscription” and you will be able to update your Calendar for the upcoming months.

Once subscribed, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation which will have an estimated ship date, so you’ll know when to expect your first Scent Solution package!

Absolutely! And we have a Good News for you. By subscribing to our plan, you get to access to the atomizers collection at a much lower price.

You can either choose to receive the new cases in a few days by paying the delivery fees or wait for them to be shipped together with your monthly subscription perfume.

*Coloured cases are pre-selected each month. Once selected, it is unable to refund or cancel after processing.

Billing and Payment

Yes, you can pause your subscription whenever you want to, simply go to “My Account” and click “Subscription” to update your subscription status. You can resume your subscription plan anytime you want.

There is no additional cost or tax. You only pay for what you see and free shipping is provided for the whole nation including East Malaysia. 

We only accept both debit and credit card for subscription payment. We accepted all forms of payment for One-time purchase, included Online Banking and E-wallet.

Returns

We’re sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as our products are 100% authentic and fragrances cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Please note that a tolerance space (may vary between 3-5%) is left in all fragrance vials to ensure we comply with guidelines when shipping fragrances. These vials are considered full and still contain 120 sprays of fragrance as promised.
If any item(s) in your order was damaged or has leaked in transit, reach out to our Customer Support team within 3 days of delivery so that we can issue a replacement! In an effort to expedite the replacement process, kindly attach a picture of any damage or leaking concerns with your e-mail.
